Our HQ is located less than 3 miles from the beach in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL and we also have a virtual space where we connect with amazing humans from all over the world! Co-owner Mindy Black is the Director of Performance Nutrition with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Although Mindy fuels our pride and joy in DUUUVAL, you do NOT need to be a professional athlete to work with our dietitian team. We work with any-BODY and every-BODY who eats food! We work 1:1 with people who want to stop yo-yo dieting, make peace with food, and find a sustainable way to care for their body and improve their health!
